The Drascombe Association is a group of of over 1000 enthusiasts dedicated to the traditional-style sailing boats designed by the late John Watkinson. Over 5000 Drascombes of all types have been built since the first Lugger was launched in 1966. They are all simple, rugged, and seakindly.

DA Handbook 2nd Edition

The updated DA handbook has been published. All new members will receive a copy of the 2 nd edition on joining the DA. It will also be available for sale to existing members via the DA shop. DA Migration to Sailing Club Manager (SCM)

As advised through recent issues of the DAN & on the News page of the DA Website, the DA is migrating to Sailing Club Manager (SCM) for managing our Membership and running our Events (Rallies in the main). All the currently planned Events for 2026 have now been entered into SCM and Rally Organisers have been assigned through the Duty Roster function.
