Scottish Region Winter Meet, Broughty Ferry

Regional Meeting and Social Gathering at the Royal Tay Yacht Club clubhouse at Glenogil House, 9a Ogilvie Road, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 1LU.

There are a number of B and Bs locally in Broughty Ferry or there are spaces for camper vans at the clubhouse. There is a cost for these which gives access to washroom and showers. There are two electric points which have to be booked. The cost for hook up is £10.

The RTYC now have a new caterer. I am discussing the various options that they can offer and will give more details when I know them. We have to vacate the clubhouse by 10.30 pm owing to planning restrictions.

The guideline schedule for the day is:
Meet at 11:00 at clubhouse for a gentle walk (weather dependent) or indoor attraction such as the V and A/ Discovery. 
15:00 - 15:30 afternoon refreshments at clubhouse with views of the Tay.
16:30 Meeting
Probably 18:00 for 18:30 Evening meal provided by fellow members.
